Strength training workout focuses on toning the upper body, lower body, and core muscles using only body-weight exercises. Here, the workout routines are similar to those done in a gym, the only difference, you don’t require any equipment or workout machines whatsoever to practice Strength: Fit!

Besides practising body-weight exercises, for full-body strength training workout, we also make use of lightweight dumbbells and resistance tubes. This helps tone your body, build muscle strength, improve bone density, reduce the risk of osteoporosis, and much more.
